With this tool you can make a balanced calculation which ensures your costs and resources are covered and your recurring margin is set correctly.
4. Delivery kit
The Delivery kit provides everything you need to effectively implement the delivery of the services in your organization. The kit includes a document describing how to effectively mobilize your company to deliver services, detailed work instructions and procedures, a comprehensive list with tasks to be executed under the service agreement, a customer implementation plan and much more.

Support & updates
Your (pre)sales, marketing and others can call for support on the usage of the framework. At least every quarter new updates will be delivered via the partner portal on this website.
